This evaluation is based on the ability shown in a given situation. It is completely objective and given by a qualified rater. A followup rating may be

necessary in some cases because of the opponent, illness, injury, playing time, etc. A player does not have to repeatedly perform a skill to show that

they can or cannot perform it. It is difficult to hide talent just as it is difficult to fake it. The rater can predict but the player can determine. Contact
